– LEADERS who wish to build agile teams, where ’empowered individuals’ collaborate constructively towards good results.
– CONSULTANTS & COACHES who wish to accompany transformation projects where mindset change matters.
The workshop consists of 2 three-hour parts. The workshop combines a facilitator-led learning trajectory with interactive learning and practicing in break-out rooms.
You experience a learning journey that is accessible to all and creates a common understanding of how to change limiting into constructive behaviours.

Module 1 – The power of the mind
Discovering about limiting behaviors and how they affect us.
Module 2 – Getting ready for constructive action
Getting to know how to use our reactions as wake-up calls for more constructive actions
DAY 2 – Thursday, 20th May, 16:00-19:00 CET (with a meet&greet session starting at 15:45).
Module 3 – Understanding our emotions better
Our perceptions may be different, but even similar perceptions can trigger different emotions in us.
Module 4 – Practicing with support from a buddy
Some more input, work in pairs, debrief, and end of the workshop.

Diane is passionate about supporting people in their individual growth and towards being contributors to their company and society.
She supports coaches, facilitators, and managers in strengthening their own competencies with the peppermind pre-designed practical-pragmatic learning journeys and is happy for everyone who achieves success in their life and work. Her specialties are getting up quickly after failure and continue on her path, having the courage to leave a gap, because the gap holds the place for new things, and keeping calm when a storm is blowing – as an entrepreneur and also as a sailor.
She accompanies people in four languages and feels at home in many cultures.
Naida Culshaw is a developmental coach, workshop facilitator, and NLP practitioner. She encourages individuals, teams, and organizations to imagine new approaches and embrace the unforeseen. Her passion is to encourage reflection, growth, and stretch-thinking in an environment where intrinsic aspirations can be nourished.
