In the virtual greytogreen CHOICES & RESULTS, you learn and practice ‘how to handle challenging situations more effectively’.
The workshop consists of 4 two-hour modules, 3 with interactive learning activities in break-out rooms, and a 4th module where you partner with another participant and work on a personal challenge for each of you.

Schedule and a short description.

DAY 1 – Tuesday, 20th October, 13:00 – 18:00 CET – with a long break starting around 15:00 CET

Module 1 – The power of the mind
Discovering about limiting behaviors and how they affect us.

Module 2 – Getting ready for constructive action
Getting to know how to use our reactions as wake-up calls for more constructive actions

DAY 2 – Wednesday, 21st October, 10:00 – 12:00 CET

Module 3 – Understanding our emotions better
Our perceptions may be different, but even similar perceptions can trigger different emotions in us.

DAY 3 – Friday, 23rd October, 10:00 – 12:00 CET

Module 4 – Practicing with support from a buddy
Some more input, work in pairs, debrief, and end of the workshop.

Facilitators: Valérie Van den Bossche & Diane Van den Berge

Diane is passionate about supporting people in their individual growth and towards being contributors to their company and society.
She supports coaches, facilitators, and managers in strengthening their own competencies with the peppermind pre-designed practical-pragmatic learning journeys and is happy for everyone who achieves success in their life and work. Her specialties are getting up quickly after failure and continue on her path, having the courage to leave a gap, because the gap holds the place for new things, and keeping calm when a storm is blowing – as an entrepreneur and also as a sailor.
She accompanies people in four languages and feels at home in many cultures.

Valérie is passionate about the potential of human diversity and its role in the psycho-social dimensions of organizations.
She enjoys enabling participants to better understand their mental patterns, their beliefs and the dynamics at the heart of groups so that they can interact more consciously. Her purpose is to support managers and teams who wish to develop a more harmonious and effective communication and collaboration. Her strengths lie in her ability to take a group into a journey of discovery of itself. Her skill set includes active listening, probing with the right questions, triggering self-reflection with authenticity, empathy and a touch of light-heartedness. Valérie’s specialty is the facilitation of cross-cultural groups. She works in English, French and Spanish.
