Since 1984, Celemi has been at the forefront of developing business simulations, and to date, over 5 million participants from 70 countries have benefitted from their learning solutions. Diane Van den Berge, CEO of peppermind AG, has been affiliated with Celemi since 1990, serving as a Certified Facilitator and Master Facilitator in many of their business simulations.

Together with other experienced business leaders and coaches, Diane has co-created learning programs that focus on leadership and collaboration, addressing the crucial behavioral component required for accelerated and sustainable transformations. These programs complement the existing suite of Celemi’s learning solutions.
